MEET OUR SOLDIER

My name is Michael Speva. I served in the United States Army from 2007-2011, serving one tour in Iraq. On the conclusion of my military service, my transition was anything but smooth. I suffered from a host of different issues I didn’t clearly understand, coupled with alcoholism. After years of battling suicide, I decided to make some drastic changes. I started opening up about my issues and actually seeking help. I was always interested in starting my own company.

Little did I know it was going to be manufacturing beef jerky. After linking up with The Gallant Few, a non profit organization out of Texas, and surrounding myself with positive influences, I decided to launch my own company in June of 2019. I have been making beef jerky in my home for the last 15 years and received nothing but positive reviews. This company was made possible by all the people who continued to support me through years of self destruction. I can’t think of anything better than to give back and help others. If not me then who?
